I just sold my '07 Griz 700 EFI and never had to really do much to it aside from batteries and fluids. That thing earned its keep; from plowing my driveway/neighborhood sidewalks to packing out elk quarters. It pains me to look at what the new ones are selling for....
Unfortunately, my old phone took a swim after I took pictures of everything laid out so I'm limited on photos. I left my hunting bag with on the frame and added a couple buckles to support the grab-it running up high. I made sure to run these straps underneath the support frame on the child...
No experience with your caliber but wanted to throw out my suggestion of Barnes TTSX for a round. I made the switch a few years back and I've had excellent performance on everything from whitetails to black bear to elk. All shots were within 300yds from a 30-06 and never had a blood trail...
I know its redundant but I would always just strap the osprey poco child carrier to my kifaru frame with a grab-it and a couple lash straps when my daughter was small enough. We went on hikes all over Glacier N.P. like that an it was rock solid and super comfortable. Best of both worlds IMO.
In my experience here in MT, there are a few things I would mention:
-having another person to help with calling scenarios can pull "stubborn" bulls in and really help
-trek poles have been indispensible for me. while archery hunting, I will usually have my bow in one hand and a single trek...
I'm fairly certain the trailer should fall under your vehicle policy since it was being towed by your vehicle. I had an accident where a vehcile ran into a trailer I was towing and my auto insurance covered the repairs. Hopefully someone else can chime in...
FWIW I've used a single pin for a few years now and really enjoy the lack of clutter. Another option that you might want to look at is a double pin slider. I know Spott Hogg makes some decent ones that would give you less clutter of the additional pins while giving you more than one option for...
No luck for me on permits (made my annual donations yet again), just general tags. Dad and cousin both drew NR BG Combo so I'll have my hands full camping with them.
Couple things I wouldnt leave without:
1. A gravity water filter system (MSR Drom "dirty" 10L, inline sawyer mini, "clean" 3L camelback)
2. Nalgene for mixed drinks (energy powders, pedialyte at the end fo the day)
3. Solid plan to dry out boots
Answer: I shot TAC in Killington VT a few years back with a short ATA bow and it worked just fine, your current bow will be good with practice at longer distances (shots were anywhere from 30yds to 130yds)
Answer if justifying to your wife: Your current bow deffinitely won't work due to the...
Seems that we may get actual results by the middle of the week. My cousin was locked out of his account and called to get help unlocking it, they told him there was “technical issues” and wouldn’t be resolved for a few days…

General rule: ALWAYS screenshot your results. That way when FWP says there’s a “glitch” every year and tries to take tags from those previously successful, you have an argument.
