Depends on quantity - e.g., I'm not going to pay $10 shipping for $20 worth of ammo.
Edit: Updated OP to say that shipping is included if ordering > $150.
Update 4/19/2018: 10% off prices listed on all remaining inventory.
A little bit of a Spring cleaning bug has bitten. Trying to get rid of some unneeded surplus.
Below is a catalog of what's available. Will ship or do face-to-face transactions. Shipping is included if total cost is more...
Just so the conclusion of the original posts in the thread doesn't become occluded over time by continual contributions (which are greatly appreciated), I'm going to continue to reiterate that the intent as stated was to find a factory hunting load that shot MOA or better from a factory rifle...
Haven't really had much opportunity to try it out again, honestly. I haven't been in any areas that have had unobstructed views that long. That was at the beach where I was trying it last time.
I think I also realized that I'm not going to be taking any 1000yd shots. 700yd would be the...
Ah ok. Will definitely try this.
Also, I'm definitely not in the same universe as being ready to write it off; the conditions I was testing it in were pretty extreme for rangefinder, as I understand it, and definitely not like the conditions of actually be using it in.

Update: ended up going with a Sig Kilo 2200MR and was doing some informal testing of it at the beach this weekend. So far, I'm a little skeptical about how it is going to perform on deer in the 700-800yd...
Update: ended up going with a Sig Kilo 2200MR and was doing some informal testing of it at the beach this weekend. So far, I'm a little skeptical about how it is going to perform on deer in the 700-800yd range.
I was ranging mainly things like houses, water towers, water, grass hold, bushes...
Excellent. Definitely wouldn't be without a paper backup chart. Hearing you say that about hunting kind of affirms my decision to go with a kestrel 2500, i.e something that can still get me the atmospherics i need, and at the rate that I practically need them at - at least the most important ones.
Thanks for all the feedback guys. I got a kestrel 2500 and a Sig Kilo 2200mr in the mail. We'll see how they do. Will try to report back here with results.
Maybe at some point I'll upgrade to a sportsman or elite if this ends up being a pain. However, I figure if I keep conditions in the app...
Thanks. Any leads on where a 2200 can be gotten? Amazon seems to have one for $499 but then others for $600 plus, so I'm kind of afraid if the cheaper one, as in, is it old or something? I'm hoping that when you find a 2200 online, it's a 2200, and there aren't any shenanigans where they've...
Honestly, I'm afraid if getting a lemon if I go with Sig. The inconsistency is a little scary. The Leicas seem more consistent. But I've run across reviews of that saying that people had trouble ranging animals at 700 too.
However, it sounds like you'd lean towards the Sig, am I right?
