Of the 30-30 and then going to do the 45-70 after. 30-30 has been no joke so far. I love the Mtn tough programs! I’ll probably do the preseason plan after I finish the 45-70. Definitely going to be using their programs year round!

I just purchased the 30-30 program and will be starting it Monday with the “22’s” workout. I’ll still be doing some heavier barbell lifts such as squats, deadlifts and presses but will be cutting back volume on that and using the 30-30 program for conditioning.
