Regular length wide pads
Ive seen the idea to use a wide thin foam pad (can even make own) under a regular thermarest. That keeps elbows and anything else hanging off the therm warmer. I havent tried it.- Kkeverson

Question about Therm-a-Rest NeoAir Xtherm
I used one this weekend. About 85 until it began to cool down. I had no issue with it sleeping too warm- Kkeverson

Wanted: Pillow that is comfortable, light, and packs small
There is a guy on backpacking light gear forum selling homemade pillows. Cuben fiber with foam pieces inside. I bought one. Absoluty the best pillow ever.- Kkeverson
