Proof of Sex traveling from New Mexico to Colorado
I would assume you are covered if you have the NM tag and it is tagged 100% legal in NM, however I say better safe than sorry, call the CO game and fish to confirm. Personally I’d base it on the state I’m hunting in for the proof of sex, but you have to be careful cause transporting a full skull...- Gunnar19

Rookie Question on Broadheads
Magnus snuffer ss for me, but similar comments to above, fixed blade COC for bigger game like elk. Easy to sharpen and good service. -

That sounds like an exciting tactic! What do you do if the herd bull clams up, or starts moving his herd away? I assume chase, but do you continue with the same tactic of the shooter cow calling while chasing? -

I agree with Paul. I’ve never understood how horns and hunting rights can tear families and friends apart. I’ve seen it firsthand tear my family and another family that I grew up hunting whitetails with. Family land that only certain people were allowed to hunt, deer that only certain people... -

All my upland hunters out there, which shotgun?
A touch over $1500, but I absolutely love my browning Citori white lightning 12 ga with 26” barrel. That gun shoulders better than any of the other 8 shotguns I own. I have a hard time not using it for waterfowl cause I ahoot it so well.....look for a deal on that gun if you are in the market...- Gunnar19

Insulated vs Non-Insulated?
I’d go uninsulated for a mountain boot, but it all depends on what you are doing. Hiking in the mountains? Uninsulated. Sitting on a hill glassing mulies for hours, insulated. For me it’s uninsulated 80% of the time in the mountains, but insulated about 99% in the whitetail stand
