Whatever my hunting partner has on him. ;) These days he seems to be using WA Hydrate and Recovery mostly. Wish he would find some other flavors though.
Thanks for all the input men. It seems we mostly have the same issues with this Block Management deal. It's certainly being abused and I would guess ultimately will be changed, and probably not for the better. I work with State government everyday in my own business and understand how clumsy...
Agree with you jmez. I think the initial idea of Block Management was a good one, but I can see it dwindling down to nothing over time. You can talk to the Dept. about it, but they don't seem to much less care. The State already has our money.
Hey All,
Over the past 5 years or so, I've taken advantage of the Block Management Program in Montana. Big success no problems. I recently contacted a few of the ranches that I normally hunt to see how the deer/elk population looks and just find out if there have been any changes. According to...
I have a Tenzing 5000 that I'd like to trade for a smaller pack. Something in the 2500-3000 range. I like Tenzing, Badlands, or will entertain any ideas. I bought this pack a couple of years ago, packed it, but never put it on the trail. I have the tags and still have the box it came in. Thanks!
I know it's a long shot, but if anyone has any ideas where I might track down a Colorado landowner tag in GMU 61 or 62, Elk or Deer, I'd like to hear from you. Thanks. email: [email protected] or text: 906-280-3575

Gear Head...traveling deer and elk hunter
Hey...trying to help out some guys that drew elk and deer muzz tags in the Eagle area. They have some considerations that make it unlikely that they can backpack in and camp out of a tent. They are looking for a cabin in the area. Can anyone be of help?
Thanks.
I've hunted north of there...up by Eagle area. I've been interested in 47 though. I've heard that it can tear your heart out...sort of use to that when it comes to elk hunting. I'd be happy to join you in virtual scouting venture. Not looking at hunting it for at least a couple years. Feel free...
