Mountain Hardwear Hoopla 4
Purchased this past summer and only used 1 time. I'm not a fan of the floorless shelters, so am selling.
Perfect condition, although my seam-sealing probably could of been a bit cleaner. I also treated the fabric with DWR. I can probably pitch it and get some pics...
Personally, I wouldn't want a fixed power. Yes, it would work but I like having the flexibility to shoot a little further if need necessary. But if you know it's all going to be timber, you'll be fine.
I am using the Exped Synmat UL9 in the long/wide, and I love it. Weighs in around 30oz, but it's sooo worth it! I always have a hard time staying warm when I sleep, so with this pad (6.0 r value) and my 0°F down bag, I sleep like a baby.
In the past I would do 8-10 miles a day. I moved my spike camp closer to our hunting area, so hoping to keep in under 5 miles per day. Except on the days we come out of the backcountry.
