Any real life comparisons between Razor LHT and VX5-HD?

I love my new 3-15 Razor LHT. I cannot compare it to the Leupold but it's really sharp and well designed.

Swarovski 12s vs 15s

I like the 15s for long distance glassing in the SW for coues or mule deer. Like a lot of desert hunters, high power is king. The 10X hardly ever come out. I northern hunts where the land is more forested, 10 or 12X rule

Kuiu attack, guide pants or FL obsidian or corrugate.

I love my attack pants. My legs get too hot hiking in the guide pants. When it's cold I wear merino under them.

Best Muzzleloader Scopes?

I'm using a Vortex PST Gen 2 on my custom muzzleloader. I don't mind the 31 oz. because weight wasn't a concern for me

Valles Caldera elk tag

We drew a Valles Caldera elk rifle tag. 1-237 odds. I'm super excited but we've never hunted there before. Any advise for this October 24-28 hunt would be appreciated. One of my friend is in his 60's so we're concerned about access, too.' Thank you.

Antelope bullet

To stop a pronghorn without too much meat damage, try a lung shot. I fast expanding bullet works best for me. Tons of damage but little meat loss. They may run more than a shoulder shot but most antelope country is pretty open. Depending on what rifle were shooting, we go with a ballistic...

Montana Spring Bear

I just returned from my first DIY Montana Spring bear hunt. I was fortunately able to harvest a big chocolate/cinnamon boar. I was able to stalk to within 40 yards for the shot. What a fun experience.
