yeah ive been shooting without my 8" in the front for the past week or whatever (still have 6" on the back) and my groupings have been tighter more consistently. I think im rocking the no stabilizer this year. May try the 8" in the back after season and see what that does.
Monday:
5x5 pull ups
5x10 push ups
4x10 KB squat
4x10 KB push press
4x10 KB swing
4x10 KB curl
.5 mile walk/lil tiny run with my new German Shepherd puppy (have to work our way up)
Swear to yall thought I was the first person in the archery world to maybe realize no stabilizer was the move and somehow turn that into a billion dollar company but I guess im jumping on the train of the no stabilizer gang
So im out tonight doing my normal 30-60 minute shooting session and my shots are all wack dont know whats going on was having awesome groupings from 25,35, and 40 just yesterday so now im getting annoyed and start messing around with the bow to see if anything maybe felt better or made shooting...

10 minute stretch/warmup
5x5 pull ups superset with 5x10 push ups (start with this every workout)
4x10 - barbell underhand row
4x10 - overhand KB row
4x10 - rope row

Ive been shooting a regular "index finger release" but recently have had the idea of going to a thumb release...
I realize its probably not smart to switch right at beginning of season but should I buy one to just practice? what do yall recommend?
Also what brands for a new thumb release...
