I keep buying knives trying to find the perfect one but I still find myself carrying my mora companion. I keep it in a leather sheath that came with another knife. I like leather for belt carry because it is quiet.

Just curious if anyone has tried the 70A blades. I have been using the 60A blades but sometimes I poke threw the hide while skinning. 70A has a rounded tip.
Tipping is a complicated issue but I would suspect in this instance most would tip. Also I don't think the tip should hinge on if you kill or not but rather how hard the guide works for you.
