First Sheep this year, Dall in AK at 37, mountain goat last year in AK at 36. Now I have to plan, save, and in the case of AK wait 4 years in order to chase the next one!

Did Alaska finally institute a four year waiting period after harvesting a ram? Does this rule apply to residents?

I've been on many unsuccessful for stone, dall, and bighorns; but connected on a few: 16 - Yakutia Snow Sheep; 21 - Marco Polo; 23 - Dall and hopefully this year I can connect with an archery bighorn!

I've guided a bunch stone rams in the Yukon Territory but never had a chance to hunt for myself! That changes in 5 days, going after bighorn in northwest Alberta! Hopefully I'll be 30 still when I take my own! Also added a picture from one of the most memorable hunts we had, two best friends connected at the same time from the same herd!

I like the way my dad did his Slam/FNAWS---Dall in his 30s, Bighorn in his 40s, Stone in his 50s, and Desert in his 60s.

As for me, Dall in Alaska for my 30th birthday. Rocky Bighorn in CO this year with the bow at age 34. Now I'm committed to the Slam/FNAWS. I'll go for the Stone next and see if I can draw a Desert between now and age 65. This year's ram will likely be the only archery sheep for me. I like bowhunting and all but it was more about actually drawing a tag than being a hardcore bowhunter--it's just icing on the cake.

Took my first dall ram in the Brooks at 36 and took the next 2 in the DCUA at 50 and 52 respectively. Haven't chased sheep since the last one I took but might go out after one this year if time allows.

Wow, two DCUA tags back to back! I might've been thinking about heading to Vegas with that kind of luck.

25! Just notched my first sheep tag this year. Couldn't be happier to see a dream become reality.

My first ram at 36yo. We doubled up in the Delta CUA. Brutal, exhausting and absolutely savage country. But we got er done.

Went after bighorn for the first time this year and got what I was after on day 8! I'm 28 and hooked. Can't wait to get back out chasing sheep again.
