I'll need to check with my outfitter to see if he had any luck turning up a new cape since their new camp dog "lucky" decided to chew off the bottom lip and nostril of my Ram. The plan is to only fix the damaged areas as I'd like to keep as much of the original as possible, I plan on doing a full body mount. The ram had a July/Aug coat.

Over the past couple days I salted it and it's drying.
