i'm in a rush so i'll let the pictures tell the story.
1- grab-it to grab-it II
2- longhunter lid that can double as a grab-it II
sew some webbing loops into the seam. i put those plastic bits the 3 bar sliders go through on the loop so i can put the grab-it on the back of the lid when in lumbar pack mode. insert split ladder locks onto the loops and use the 4 straps off your grab-it and the lid now turns into a 1000ci grab-it II.
will be good on my spike camp for 1-2 night trips and you guys who use duplex or bikini frames with pockets as your day pack.
