down vs synthetic technical breakdown
Came across an interesting forum post while looking into down vs synthetic warmth/weight. Essentially I wanted to know how many ounces of down I would need to keep warm vs the amount of synthetic. Sounds like if you have a particular down jacket that keeps you warm, you would need almost twice as much primaloft 1 to have the same warmth.
