I have a like new vanguard PV 111 tripod pan head with 2 quick release plate. I purchased this from S&S last year. It's rock solid and locks up perfectly. Zero issues at all and hardly any use. The second plate is not a cork top as shown by the factory, it's a solid black plate, works just like any other. This is the best sub $150 pan head in my opinion.
