Does anyone have any real usage under heavy snow loads? I've experienced an older Springbar tent collapsing under snow.

We have had our Kodiak for several years now and it's starting to leak around the seams. What do guys recommend to use on the seams to seal them up. I know a lot of guys use seam sealers on tents with different material, but not sure about canvas. Thanks.

I got one in 2008, in 2014 it started leaking. I bought some marine grade uv material waterproofer off of the internet. Set the tent up and sprayed it down using a weed sprayer. Been good since then.
