Ive been researching for about a month on UL floorless shelters that would work for my vertically inclined ass. I havent been able to find anything on big man floorless shelters so I might as well share my findings. Im 6'5", 210, and have had issues with my feet/head touching(not so good for a single wall shelter).
Requirements:
9'+ in length, 3.5'+ height, around 1lb, less than $300, full coverage on all sides, trekking poll setup(fast & easy).
If you dont see a shelter on this list, its because it didnt meet my requirements.
Links are to the companies site who makes them. Prices are based on the best deal I could find around the internet.

As of now, Im thinking of going with the Mountain Laurel SoloMid Xl or Tarptent Notch.
If anyone has tested any of these shelters or know of any others that meet my requirements let me know.

Lightheart gear solong 6 is made for tall peeps. Well sleep people over 6'8"
It's probably the biggest full bug protection of the ones you listed. Little heavier at 2# but includes carbon stays and linelocs that could be cut out.
LightHeart Gear SoLong 6 Tent

Watch the setup video, deff the easiest of them all.

Looks like an awesome setup but it didnt meet my requirements. Its not floorless and isnt a true single wall. Also 27oz. before seam sealing.

That's going to be a tough one to find. I'm assuming, when you say around 1 lb., you mean just the fabric alone? I think the MLD would probably be your best choice (for the ones your looking at), also. Check out Locus Gear, if you haven't already. Out of the ones you mentioned, I only have personal experience with MLD and can say that they are very well made shelters for sure. As far as $$ goes, some time's you get what you pay for, so I would be a little apprehensive about a shelter that is super cheap.

Khufu silnylon: 15 oz.
8'9"Wide x 4'9"Deep x 4'3"High
$260

Hapi silnylon: 17 oz.
6' x 9' x 4'3"
$320

Khufu Tyvek: 16.5 oz.
8'9" x 5'3' x 4'3"
$305

Also, have you looked at Seek Outside's Lil Bug Out w/3 piece vestibule? It would definitely work for your size.

Another option maybe is Six Moon Designs.

Have the DIY sponsor on here make one.
Even just 2 sheets of the XL fabric from ripstopbytheroll would work.
I'm no where near your size but my diy tarp is 10 x 11 and with 2 trekking poles can do a lot with it.

You can make an a frame almost 10 ft by 12 foot for around $60 that will weigh barely over a pound

This is about 120" and I think works for your criteria. Bearpaw designs. I am actually considering selling this for below new cost. Has custom vest in front and back with zipper in front. Never been used in the field. I have too many shelters.
