Which Tipi ?-4 seasons for up to 3 guys and stove

Im looking at the the Sawtooth, SO Redcliff or 6man Tipi. looking for input on these 3 as to which would be better for 3 guys and a stove if needed

I really love my Sawtooth, mostly for myself (Loads of room) and even for 2 it's fine with the stove. 3 persons I would not recommend unless you like it really cozy!

Redcliff or 6 man IMO for 3

I'd be looking at the 8-man tipi for three men + gear + woodstove/woodpile.

I wouldn't hesitate for a second to take the Redcliff w/ stove and 3 guys/gear.

I love my eight man for three guys gear and stove. Wouldn't go smaller.

You have to at least double the number of people, three men you need at least 6 man tent, add a stove and you might want to add a man or two too the rating.

ok, so if i go with an 8 man do i go with Kifaru or SO

I don't think you can go wrong with either SO or Kifaru.

My experience is with SO tipis so I'll just mention a couple feature I like about them.

- Double doors let you vent it well in warmer weather.

- The doors going all the way up let you unzip from the top (via the double zipper) to vent or let the bugs out (they tend to go up).

- Guyout points above the perimeter give some extra foul weather anchoring, or the option to pitch as a one-size-smaller tipi.
