Sheep Tarp Alternative

Wondering if anyone has ever thought of using the SO ground tarp as a glassing shelter similar to the way you would use the kifaru sheep tarp. Appreciate the replies.

I have a Borah tarp. 5.5x9' and only $50 I'll take sometimes to get outta the rain or create some shade. Very happy with the quality. I don't see why the ground tarp couldn't function the same way.

Just thinking Tyvek and a Sheep tarp might be easier to do. Seems you can get a bit more protection with the sheep tarp since you are able to block off one of the ends.

Anyone have the SO ground cloth that would be willing to pitch it with two trekking poles and lower one end as a wind block. Kinda like kifaru has the sheep tarp set up in their third picture on the site. Appreciate the help
