Liners?

Curious as to why Seek Outside offers one half liner in their hot tent bundles. Why would anybody run just one half liner unless they were solo all the time? Could two guys in a 6 man get by with just one liner?

I sold my liner for my 6 man and run a 12 man with a half liner all the time.

Would two guys in a 4 man or a Redcliff be able to get by with one liner? Would there be enough room for two to sleep in the half of the tent that has the liner? Trying to save $

I run a half liner in my 6-man. Usually we have the tipi divided in half: 1/2 sleeping are (under the kinder), other half lounging, gear, cooking are (no liner). Setup works awesome for my wife and I and 3 large dogs.
