I’ve tried the little candle lanterns but get almost zero heat and the light sucks so I never used a candle again. My lantern I prefer
To hand it low so it heats the whole tent. Hang a lantern high and it really only heats from the lantern up. I hang mine right off the floor so I don’t knock it over.

What latern are you running? Thinking a tent with some sort of heat source. Could I run a small stove in the Kuiu vestibule?

Just a single mantel one. Either one that ops off the green 1lb bottle or there’s the smaller one that runs off the msr fuel. Good thread in the gear forum about lanterns.
