Do air pads sleep colder than self inflators?

I had used self inflators for a long time but now I have a neoair but don’t have that many nights on it. Nothing below 30s.

The Xtherm is a beast! Weighs a pound and has a massive r value! I've had one for a couple years now. Guys say they are loud. But for me I don't notice it when I'm sleeping. Just getting in the bag.

The nemo tensor is kinda crinkly loud. Is it louder than that?

In general yes, but it depends on the pad. Most self-inflators have an R value close to 6, which only a few air pads come close to. You are going to pay-to-play when it comes to lightweight and high R value. Though lightweight is a relative term. You'll usually sacrifice pad size as well.
