7 pt ?

Hi all,

Im back to the drawing board after a recent scouting trip in co unit 44. I have 7 points for deer and am willing to do a muzzle loader hunt or early rifle hunt. I’m considering putting in for ER in 43 or Muzzy in 66 (both r ~ 50% draw) any opinions welcome.

Really thinking ahead, eh! I’m shocked to hear a hunt in 43 takes 7 points. I live in 43- there are some nice deer around here but I’ll be honest in saying I don’t think I’d spend 7 points to hunt anything in 43 aside from Moose.

I was in your situation last year. I went 66 2nd because the timing was better for me than muzzy. Ping me in November, and I will give you an update.
