Athlon Cronus Spotter Discontinued?

A hunting buddy of mine had finally settled in on buying the Athlon Cronus 20-60x86 spotter after watching the big comparison video, but it was out of stock everywhere. He called them and they confirmed it was discontinued and wouldn't discuss any replacement. That was a while ago. Does anyone have any knowledge of a new Athlon offering in the near future? It seemed like a great balance of price and performance. Thanks.

The word is they'll have something to show at SHOT 2023. Due to production run delays and other backorders the past year it was not possible to get it happening for 2022

Dang. Good that's there's potentially something coming down the pipe, but was hoping he'd have a brand new spotter for me to try out this year.
