After searching for the best ways to carry my bugle tube, I've found the Bend-Able one was probably the best type on the market the serve my needs.
From there, I was keen on having something lighter and with more ways to attached it to my pack.
Sharing here pics of the diy one I came with, in case it could help anyone! It is made from a hold plastic container, some dollar store kid foam, double tape, and paracord.

The black plastic cylinder is basically the center part of a plastic jar. In this example, I used an empty Optimum Nutrition Creatine container. It is simply a matter of finding one that is about 3/16" bigger in diameter than the bugle tube, so the foam can fit.

The foam is somewhat anti-slip, so it keeps the bugle tube tight in addition to be dead silent.

That’s a pretty cool set up. I think I’ll try putting one together in the next week or two. Thanks for the idea!

Remi Warren did a trick once I saw on a video with his tube. Omg it works and is stupid easy. With your pack on stick your tube under your right or left arm strap right at the belt junction and then face the tube down. It locks the narrow part under the strap and puts the wide end up between your shoulder blade and the pack. It makes pulling it easy and tucking it easy. All one handed. Hard to truly describe but you can Google it on YouTube.

Link would be awesome, can’t quite understand this based on your description.
