CDS Factory Configuration

Not sure what rifle I want to use my new VX-6 on, so I have not sent in for the CDS dial. Right now I’ve got it on a Tikka in 7 rem mag and want to do some range work. Do I understand correctly that the stock dial is in MOA?

That is correct. I'd recommend you develop a streamlined system for using MOA rather than CDS to get the most accurate solutions in different conditions and maintain flexibility with different ammo/rifles.
