Colorado Winter Report

Here in NW Colorado the winter has been very mild. There is very little snow and plenty of winter feed for all wildlife. Even the little muley fawns are fat as little butterballs.

I think the mild winter in NW Colorado would be a welcomed relief. The herds up there have had a few bad winters and the predator numbers are still out of control.

I talked to some contacts in south central CO yesterday and its looking good. Mild winter like last year in that area but they did get a lot of late spring snows high that really greened up the basins and I saw a TON of deer down there this year.
