Curious what everyone else would do with the elk mount

I recently mounted a euro mount above my door and tried to centre it to the door but the light fixture is making it look odd I think. Should I move it over and not have it centred?

I still have to frame in the barn wood to finish it off

What does the rest of that wall look like? TBH the trim on top of those doors not being level with eachother bothers me more than anything

The wall ends after the second door. I agree. It bugs me also and it’s the door to the garage that’s why

Elk mounts are always tough to make it look like part of the room and be tasteful. Tough perspective in the photo to judge.

I’d put it on big skull hooker so you can angle it toward your seating area.

Remove the light fixture. Keep the elk.
