Leupold eyepiece

Really like Leupold scopes. I have not had many issues with my scopes. My big problem is the eyepiece. I was using the Alumina eyepiece but now I find they are out of production. What is everyone using as a replacement? Personally I do not like the flip up caps.

Is this the eye peice with the rubber ring?

What do you mean by “eyepiece”? Are you talking about some sort of cover for the optical lens?

No, it's not a cover at all. Just a screw on ring with a rubber ring around the circumference. Protects the shooter from injury when rifle recoils and gets hit in face by scope. Was made by Alumina.
