Off the wall question... brand help?

Ok, so this is a very off the wall question...
My buddy sent me this photo of a shirt he saw, and asked if I were familiar with the brand.



I’m not.

Anybody here familiar with it? I’m currently out of town, as is he (separate places), so I don’t know where he saw it.
