Single Shot Sled for CVA Cascade 350 Legend

Does anyone know anyone or anywhere I can get a Single Shot Sled for my CVA Cascade 350 Legend? I have been looking online and can't find one. I hunt in Illinois and it has to be made into a single shot. The regular magazines are sold out everywhere, too, or I would make one of those into a single shot. I only have the one that came with the gun, and I don't want to modify that one unless I have to. Any help would be appreciated.
