My electric fence charger I carried to Alaska. Commonly used for bear electric fences to protect camp and meat cache. Powers from alkaline D cells. Works perfectly and WILL sting you. Also useful for temporary control of horses or pack animals. They tend to run $100 to $129 new. I'd like to get $55 and I will ship it USPS Priority anywhere in the US.
