Currently building a 7 prc and the last thing I need to order is the brake. Would a 3 port work or should I go 4 ?

I went with a 3 on my 7prc build. Haven't shot it yet though but 3 should be plenty

3 port should be fine…I personally do not start braking until I’m in the .300’s

I've tested the TI Pro 3 and 4 and the Ultradyne LR for my 7 mm mag. The Ultradyne was the best but weighs 8.3 oz and is 3.5" long. I opted for the TI Pro 4. Felt the best, light weight and I think 2.4" and 1.7 oz. I' shooting a Bergara Wilderness Ridge at 10.2 lb all set up.

How do you like the 3 port? I'm on the fence if I should do the 1.4oz 3 port .750 taper nut .860OD self timer or the 1.7oz 4 port .750 taper nut .860OD self timer.

I'm thinking for the extra 0.3oz the extra port might be worth it.
