Utah NR Hunt Tag Donation Process??

Yesterday, I drew a Utah NR spring black bear tag, any legal weapon, 4/1 - 5/30 dates, with minimal points. I already have other hunt commitments planned this year.

I would like to donate the tag to a worthy organization and hunter. Does Utah have a “Wounded Warrior “ or “Handicapped Hunter” hunt tag donation process similar to Arizona?
