Guys, what is the best file converter for converting video so I can post them?

Depending on what you're working with, I've had decent luck with MPEG Streamclip. Had a couple issues with really large files and losing synchronization between vid and audio. Other than that it worked well for what I've used it for.

I have used Handbrake to convert avi. to Mp4. Its free and simple to use.
