Evening All,
I am new to the the community. From what I have seen, so far, you all have built and maintained a solid site with a wealth of information. Thank you.

I Shot a 60" 55#@28" post-Asbell Bighorn for many years and still enjoy shooting it.
Last couple seasons, I have been flinging arrows from a Blackwidow PCH 58" 58#@28".
I am still chasing perfect arrow flight, but who isn't?

Straight shots and tight lines.
Brian

I go back and forth between my 52" Cascade Nighhawk and my 60" Stalker Wolverine FXT both a little over 70# @ my draw. I recently got the itch and ordered a second set of limbs for my Stalker that will be between 55-60#.

I havent decided which bow I will take out west this year because I havent had the chance to build it. I have my materials. Its going to be a three piece longbow double carbon with foam cores and ziricote and black and white ebony riser.

I am going between two PSE recurves. One is #42 and the other is #50.I picked up a couple of 3 inch long nerf footballs bright orange and white and am using them in the hills here in Nevada for roving. Works good for practice on up and down hill shots. I am using blunts the same weight as my broad heads.

I'm rocking a Hoyt buffalo @ 51 lbs. I recently did a limb upgrade to carbon x-tours. The upgrade did everything I wanted. It's smoother and doesn't stack. Its much more enjoyable to shoot. Come on September!

Longbow guy. Harrison HHS two piece, Bear's Paw (Neil Jacobsen) three piece, Morrison Shawnee three piece or Crow Creek Blackfeather three piece.
Draw weights range from 68-80#'s at my 30" draw length. Footed Gold Tip shafts and VPA two or three blade heads.

I tend to shoot one bow through the winter then use it for spring bear, then switch to a different bow through the summer and stick to it through the fall hunting season. I can pick up the Harrison and Crow Creek at any time and be comfortable, but the Morrison and BP require me to work a little bit more for it.

I've got a few bows, but my go-to is a Toelke Whip one piece, 62" 46@28, my draw is 30.5" so it's up in the mid-50's. Arrows are GT Expedition Hunter 55/75's, full length, footed, with 100gr. brass insert and 260gr. points. My next (and hopefully last bow, ha!) will be another Whip, but a take-down and slightly heavier.

62" Great Northern Bushbow, Oak riser and Osage limbs. 54lbs @28" and I'm drawing 29". After MUCH trial and error regarding arrow setup and tuning, I've settled on the gold-tip trad .400 spine with a 100gr brass insert and 200gr Cutthroat up front for a total of 592 grains. My first and only bow... The past three years has been a journey to say the least.

I have 3 Schafer Silvertips, all 58" and range from 71 to 76 lbs at 27.5". Heavy bow shoots Beman ICS Hunter 300 with 100gr brass insert and 150gr woodsmans or 4blade Stingers. Lighter two shoot CE Heritage 350 with same insert and heads.
