New laptop

I'm looking to upgrade my laptop and want something good with video editing and photo editing and also to be used with writing. My work related stuff is not very intensive so it's really a non-issue. What do you guys recommend?

I would go for an Apple. They handle the video and photo editing the best in my experience. Writing a pc or a Mac will Work.
