Android phone and what gps program

Looking to get a GPS program for my android phone for hunting season. Been thinking of on x but reading a lot about gaia as well. I'm in Az and will mainly only use the one state. Looking for feedback and suggestions. What makes one better than the other. I'm also open to any other programs that will work better.

US topo is a good free one for topo and satellite maps

Another one to look at is Backcountry Navigator.

Gaia works great, better than my full blown gps! Tons of maps, topo, forest service, aerial photos, does everything a gps does with a bigger screen. Cost $20.

Thanks for all the info. Been racking my brain reading reviews on gaia vs on x. I personally like the satellite imagery as the base layer then building off it but seems both have had issues with that

Use Gaia and on my S8 both work well enough for anything i will do with them
