On top of riding my bike 22 miles a day to work and back, and lugging around two young children for hours on end (often in the woods), I really enjoy the GBM fitness workouts. I've only gotten a few of them, but increasing mobility is a top priority for me because I'm strong but very very tight and as such have poor range of motion.
Anyone else use them with success?
