I thought they were easy to win? Like, you were guaranteed a tag with 2 points?

Need at least two years to have a 84% chance per the draw stats from last year on the sd gfp website for the whitetail tag. Mule deer tag is way harder to draw only 16 of those tags with over 150 people with 2 or more points applying. This year they changed the point to be cubed for each year so those with more years of points have a greater chance now.
