Antelope & Whitetail tags.

I am looking at a Antelope hunt in the Laramie area and I am wondering if I should buy a whitetail tag as well for the same area?

I have not been into this part of Wyoming before so I am curious if I spend time in the transition areas if I have a chance of crossing paths with a whitetail.

Curious from those who have spent time in the area, what the population is like in the south east corner/Laramie area.

If you can gain access to private, it would be worth a whitetail tag. They mostly reside in the creek/willow bottoms which is typically private land.
