Fun hunt with a couple clients. Figure some pictures would be fun.
We shot this bear with a 300 short mag, as there was no 6.5 creed around....haha

Did your client shot the bear or did you shoot it? I just have a hard time believing that the client was able to shoot that bear wearing all that Kuiu gear.

He’s wearing Sitka gear. His buddy with all the Kuiu wounded and lost his bear actually. That’s me with the Kuiu coat (it was free) poking the dead bear.

Beautiful bear! What bullet did you use in the 300 WSM?? I'm trying very hard to make it to Alaska fall of 2019 on a grizzly bear hunt. Just to go once in my lifetime would be fantastic. Planning on using my 280 Ackley Improved..

They had 180tsx. 280 will work fine. Shoot a good bullet, that’s a faster gun to tsx would be a good choice.
