Homemade Ground Jerky Shooter Recipe

Anyone have any secret recipes or know of any good sources for making your own ground jerky spice mix?

Already posted on your sausage mixes but Hi-Country out of Lincoln Montana makes wonderful jerky mixes. My favorites out of their flavors are in no particular order.....

Original: Fantastic flavor, has some zip but not too much
Smoky Blend: Man you will love this one too! When I used my smoker to make jerky I kinda got that built right in!!
Garlic Pepper: Very good also.
Three Pepper: Sounds like it should be blistering hot, but it really isn't. I love it.
Sweet & Spicy: Very good too.
Cajun Blend: I have not tried this one yet.
Sweet Teriyaki: I like teriyaki dishes but just don't care for this one that much. Not sure why but it just doesn't do anything for me.
