Anyone know the dimensions of pals for Kifaru sm, Med, lrg belt pouches?

I’m trying to figure out what dimensions I need to place 4 pals tabs to except the different Kifaru belt pouches? Anyone know that or could measure it on a bag they have? Thx!

That’s my Guide Lid Pals matrix. From the outer edges of the tabs it’s 5.5” from top to bottom and 8.5” from side to side.
