Base Map help

I started using the basemap gps app for my iphone and have been liking it, but sometimes when i am using it and record a track, when I go back to check the map it just shows a straight line from my start point to where I am at and doesn't record the distance or anything. But then sometimes itll track my tracks properly. Anyone else experience that?

Hi! This could happen for a couple of different reasons. It could occur if your phone is running on battery saving mode. Also, make sure if you are on iOS, your GPS is set to "Always On".
