For prone practice should I start with a bipod or simply use my pack? Seems like most of my shot opportunities will be sitting with crossed sticks or prone off pack or bipod.

With hunting rifles guys are typically most accurate shooting prone with a bipod and a rear bag so that is how i shoot during load development and when validating dope. There are some good sources online for how to do this if you look up natural point of aim and follow through. You can eliminate variables by being confident in your dope before going to more difficult positional shooting practice.
