Has anyone used a duffle like the YETI Panga or the SITKA Drifter to fly antlers home? What size bag did you use and how did you pack them so they weren't busted by the airlines?

We made it home with everything intact. Used a Cabelas bag comparable to a yeti panga, but bigger. Paid overweigh charge due to us making sure our trophies were secure coming home. But it worked out great.

I've seen quite a few moose antlers in the Anchorage Airport with clear shrink wrap around the antlers/skull plate. If it were mine I would also cut rubber hose and duct tape them secure to each tine. You could also wrap and duct tape cardboard over all the palm and browtines for added protection.
