Gotcha. I've never hunted the north end. I always stick to the south eat between Mary's river and Camp Creek. There will be a lot of hunters down there (bull and cow muzzleloader seasons at the same time, the cow rifle), but there can also be a lot of animals. You should be fine in the Jarbidge. There are some monster deer in that area, just have to find them like anywhere else. If you're in some real rugged country and only seeing elk down be afraid to find some more gentle sagebrush slopes. Let me know if you have any other questions.
