I haven't, kinda wish I would have seen how they have changed. 2 weeks is quick, are you fasting at all with the diet? I know I had substantial changes (weight wise) when I had worked my way to a 20 + hour fast.
Down 29lbs since Dec. 8th. Carnivore plus fasting has worked for me. Weekends or eating out I have been lax on, but start right up again the next day. Down to 1 meal a day, with no real cravings. Which is not something I thought possible 3 months ago. Weather is beginning to warm up, so...
Been Carnivore since mid December. I stopped snoring in 3 days. I had pizza on Friday evening, 3-4 slices, and snored away that night. Right back to Carnivore Saturday. Crazy some of the things I react to that I didn't pay attention to before.
Down 15 since the 1st. Started Carnivore diet mid December. I am consistently down 2- 3 lbs a week. Just starting to add a little exercise to the routine. Want to make sure I get my 10k steps. If I can get under 200 (209 now) by April 1st, the nicer weather will help me get to the goal. I...
Went in for annual checkup. First time with this Dr, so I met with her and then she took blood afterwards. They called with results. Going forward I will give it prior to appointment.
I got my blood work done after 4 weeks of starting carnivore, but I had also cheated for 8 days on vacation. BP (1st #) was lower than its ever been. I was 120/78. Typically in the 128-130 range. So not huge difference, but I noticed it. Rest of my blood work showed was good, cholesterol...
365 Days today. Longest stretch in over 30 years. Better sleep, less headaches and not worried about if I can drive somewhere. Good luck to everyone, for me, it has 100% been worth it.
Ok, been pretty strict since December 8th, with an 8 day holiday where I ate whatever, then very strict again. BP and resting heart rate both down, HR down 10 bpm. Stopped snoring first 10 days, gas is next to zero. And down 10 lbs.
Energy is pretty level, but hardest to quantify. Anyone...
Coaches Portal.... They can move at anytime to anywhere. In fact, the national conference for coaches is this week, plenty of networking going on right now. Along with some headaches...
Some of the assistant coaches or position coaches are the main recruiting influence to a certain kid. No...
Well now NDSU has an "Associate Head Coach" instead of an OC in the coaches transfer portal.
I don't like the portal either, but coaches can leave for million dollar pay raises, "student athletes" should have similar rights..
