Food porn to make you forget about WuFlu

At first I just wanted to try them. But after that I’ll eat them off every deer I shoot. They were super good.

    Tiger King

I’ve also never watched a show with so many English speakers that need subtitles.

    Tiger King

The craziest one on the whole show is the lady cause she hides it. The other guys are crazy but they’re open about their craziness. She’s a lunatic. She also claimed she shut down the entire bobcat fur market by buying ~75 kitties....

    Creepy experiences in the backcountry

I found this on some public land in northern New York this year. I had been to the area before but never in that exact patch of brush. It looks like a very old baby stroller that someone had left out in the middle of nowhere with a cow skull in it.

    Wirehaired Pointing Griffons

Here’s a couple pics of my WPG. I got him from backwater griffons in Minnesota. However his mother was a pup from sunshine springs kennels. He’s a great pup only 11 months old and retrieving ducks and geese great. He did well on a recent trip hunting grouse and woodcock. Needs to improve his...

    Possible Career Change (Lineman)

Wow thank you guys for all the great replies. I guess I’m contemplating this change because I really don’t know if what I’m doing now is actually what I want to do. I don’t really fit the mold of a biologist. I’m more of a working type and less of an academic. I think I’m going to finish my...

    Possible Career Change (Lineman)

A little background on myself, I am a 24 y/o recently married fisheries biologist working as a lead technician at a research laboratory. When I got into this field I did so because I loved working with fish and wildlife and being outdoors and didn’t really care much about making the big bucks...

    Wife’s Birthday

    Wife’s Birthday

This past year has been a whirlwind for my new wife and I. To start off last fall I took my first mule deer trip to Idaho with two buddies and successfully harvested 3 muley bucks. Leaving Idaho I lamented the fact that I would not return for at least a couple years due to my upcoming wedding...
